1. What We Collect

When you create an account on dynopos.bytesync.in, we collect your name, email, and phone number. For license activation, we collect a machine identifier (hash of hostname + username).

2. What We Don't Collect

DynoPOS is offline-first. We do NOT collect or have access to your restaurant data, orders, bills, customer information, financial records, or any business data. All of that stays on your device.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or bank details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data.

4. License Verification

The desktop app contacts our server only for license activation and periodic verification (once per week). Only the license key and machine ID are transmitted.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for login on this website. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
