DynoPOS offers a 15-day free trial with full functionality. We encourage you to thoroughly test the software before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

• The software has a critical bug preventing use on your system
• License activation fails due to a server-side issue

Not Eligible

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Change of mind after purchase (use the free trial first)
• Incompatibility with unsupported operating systems
• Lifetime plan purchases after the key has been activated

How to Request

Email bytesynctech@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
